• You must agree to scheduled demo windows

• No uncontrolled blasting outside assigned time

• Judging includes install quality, wiring organization, clarity, and execution

Unsafe installs may be disqualified.

10x10 Vendor Space – Starting at $500

Premium Placement – $750–$1,000

🚨 Important Rules

• Pre-registration required – no unapproved roll-ins

• No burnouts, drifting, reckless driving

• 5 MPH inside Lot C

• Vehicles must be operational & safe

• No offensive displays

• Registration fees are non-refundable

Vehicles may be removed for violations.

The Big 5 Wheels District™ is an all-ages automotive showcase within Taste of the DMV.

We’re building a fun, energetic, family-friendly environment — especially during daytime hours — with a more elevated Night Glow vibe on Friday evening.

Professional conduct is expected at all times.

• Space & Setup

• Vehicles must remain in assigned spaces

• Display setups must stay within your allotted footprint

• No unauthorized tents, trailers, or extended setups without approval

Load-in windows, judging schedules, and final placement details will be sent prior to the event.

• All vehicles register individually, even if part of a car club

• Registration includes 1 driver credential and 2 passenger credentials

• The Wheels District is all-ages and professionally managed
